1. Warranty Duration
1.1 MOTOMA Lithium battery warranty is (5 years), from the installation date.
1.2 MOTOMA inverter warranty is (2 Years) , and (5 years) for the IP65 inverters , from the installation date.
2. Scope of Warranty
During the Warranty Period, MOTOMA guarantees the Product defects arising from manufacturing defects or materials under regular and correct use only .
3. Warranty Content
3.1 Depending on the nature of the defect, will provide Free repair or replacement for the defective parts , and at MOTOMA company’s discretion, product replacements may be made with new , or provide an equivalent solution that satisfies the customer.
3.2 MOTOMA team will provide free online Technical Support for any issues related to the Product lifelong.
4. Claim Making Conditions
4.1 The battery must be installed by a specialized technician only , not by the End user , while comply to all the installation instructions mentioned in the user manual.
4.2 When any malfunction is detected in the product , a video of the product must be filmed and the following must be clarified : The error or problem with the product label , and the connections and installation design should be clearly shown in this video.
4.3 Contact immediately the seller or with the service Centre of MOTOMA in your country and send them the video to get the instructions and help you to discover the cause of the problem.
4.4 The approval must be obtained from the seller or from the service Centre of MOTOMA before uninstalling the product and sending it to a maintenance Centre.
4.5 Keep your receipt or proof of purchase to provide it to the service center.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
The warranty does NOT cover:
5.1 Failure to comply with the above Claim Making Conditions.
5.2 Products with serial numbers that have been altered, defaced, or removed.
5.3 Damage or defects caused by unauthorized alterations, modifications, or repairs.
5.4 Damage from external causes such as Water damage , Insects & Lizards , lightning, or
other natural disasters.
5.5 Damage or defects caused by Incorrect installation , Excessive heat exposure, Exceeding the maximum of power rating , current or voltage for the Inputs or outputs.
